"Placed an order on the 29th May 20, and delivery was made on the 9th July 20 as agreed. However some items were damaged and the colour of the cushions completely wrong. A list of the issues are below whcih were emailed to them on the day of delivery after speaking with Sandra in customer services.\n\nMonaco Rattan Garden Day Bed Sofa Set in Black & Vanilla - SET-MON-002\n-All the cushion are white with black trimming.\n-The glass top for one of the coffee tables\/bed is shattered.\n-The suction to place the glass on the other coffee table\/bed is not working.\n\nCambridge 8 Rattan Garden Chair and Rectangle Dining Table Set in Black & Vanilla - SET-CAM-022\n\n-The rattan weave on the top of the table is loose and damaged.\n\nAs expected I am having to chase them everyday for a response and as previous comments there is either an issue with the systems or someone is blaming another department.\n\nIt has been a week since our delivery, and to date no one seems to want to take responsibility to resolve any issues. \n\nI will probably need to speak to my credit card company as we have not received the goods we ordered."
