“Worst Bus company in the UK. I had to put at least 1 star but I wouldn’t give this company or these people a single one. Utterly rude staff, drive past people whilst they’re signalling for the bus to stop when you’re at a stop (this bus was in service), then when you challenge it’s not their problem. Then drivers with no disability badge get the urge to tell you to put a mask on but they can’t wear one themselves, I’m no communist but what a joke those drivers are. You took the £1.30 fare away for those travelling short distances during a pandemic. You sick puppies. Would rather walk these days. Disgusting.”

“Reading buses have not dealt and have lied about an incident that took place about a year ago. Not acknowledging the incident or investigation leaving a potentially dangerous driver in control of such a large heavy vehicle is not customer service or protecting the public.”

“I am taking bus 13 every morning to get to work. The time it’s supposed to be at the bus stop is 08:53 but it seems to have 20 mins delay every day. I think the times should be advertised correctly as no one wants to wait in the cold for 20 mins. The bus stop this is happening is Wilmington close.”
