“I rate Leslie a 5 star realtor! She is not just a realtor that lets you view a house but she let us know what's the status of the house, and even educate us on things that we haven't learned from our previous realtors. Since my husband and I work full time, the only days that we are available to view houses are Saturdays and Sundays, so Leslie pre view houses for us so that if the house don't fall into our specifications, she won't show it to us and so we don't waste time. She is very accommodating, efficient and most of all care for her clients' interest. I won't have a second thought recommending her to my friends and relatives that wants to buy house and need a realtor!”

“Leslie Krake is a 5 Star Realtor. She helped me find and through the process of getting a home, which I love. She showed so much patience, though I changed my mind and had to change my mind a couple of times. She put more offers for me than I can remember. She is very knowledgeable of her business, she is familiar with the different neighborhoods in Vancouver. I cannot say enough good things about her. I hope she sells the most, bringing her success in her career. I trust her as a friend. That says a lot, in a business where there is so much doubt after the collapse of the market, not too long ago.”

“Leslie was very personable, professional and basically a "straight shooter". I like working with her because she tells you straight up like it is. She pulls no punches. Leslie also looks out for what is best for your own personal situation. She will not go above your budget and any questions you may have, she accommodates quickly. She also gave me suggestions for workers that I needed on the job and the best sources to use. Things such as chimney sweeps, drywallers, carpet layers, etc. I live out of the area and didn't have many connections in Vancouver. She went above and beyond the norm. I will be doing business with her again in the near future.”

“I am a home buyer for investment purposes. Leslie tallies up your needs and desires and focuses in on what meets those needs best. I have purchased two homes from her recently, and she has the foresight to know what is the best purchase. Her advise is ALWAYS without exception right. She has so much knowledge in her real estate area that I trust her without exception. She doesn't "beat around the bush" but tells it like it is. She is compassionate and caring in regard to you as a person. She is the best real estate agent that I have ever dealt with, and when I save up some more money, I will be back with her again. She is absolutely the best around!”

“Leslie made buying our first home as stress free as possible. She was available for all our questions and responded extremely quickly. Leslie went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through smoothly and negotiated to get all the repairs we requested completed. She walked us through each step of the home buying process and educated us throughout the experience. When it comes time for us to buy or sell, we will definitely be calling her! Thanks, Leslie!”

“Leslie helped us find our dream home! Even with relocating from out of state and several unique needs our home buying experience with Leslie was seamless from beginning to end. Leslie took a genuine interest in our needs and put in the necessary time previewing multiple listings for us so that we could work effectively to find a home from a distance.
