“We had received a post card in the mail a few months ago regarding a home sold in our neighborhood. I had kept the card while we made the decision to sell our home. We called Tyrone , met with and immediately liked him and listed our home through him and Andrea. The sale of our house closed only 5 weeks from the day it was listed! Tyrone is extremely professional and earned our trust and respect with the manner in which he set about making sure our best interest was met. I would use Team Parmelee again and happily refer my family and friends to them for their real estate needs. Thank you Team Parmelee!!”

“Oh my where do I start. I was online out in California. She lives in Oregon. (As I'm guessing you know) Anyway I was trying to find someone who at least cared to help. Andrea went way above and more then beyond for me. I am not a hard person to help I'm easy going. So easy that I asked for her to be my eyes ears nose and mouth. She drove to places for me. And offered different ways to help me. Oh by the way the whole time I never left my seat well house. Still in California the whole time she offered to take pictures for me I said please do. Next thing I find is a email of not a few pics but over 150 and a video of the house. And she was honest with everything. Good or bad ups and downs. She is also down to earth a loving and caring mother and wife. Not to forget about Tyrone he makes fast work of the deal. They are one heck of a team. Just as the name says TEAM. Because they and yourself become as a team to work to get what you want where you want and best of all when you want what you want. They had me set within about three days and keys In my hand within a month. That's unheard of And if you've been looking for someone to help then you know what I mean. It's not easy to find a house. Then to get ahold of somebody to show it to you. I was about to pull my hair out. Just as my phone rang with a soft kind hearted voice she asked if she could help me. As if she fell into my lap and then got stuff in line on line and one more person so proud to have had the luck to find team parmelee. They made it truly not even one bit bad bit all good all smiles. A very easy team to work with. Because they care they treat you like a friend. Oh and not once did they try to push me to look at something I didn't want or if I put more money in. They didn't try my any thing like a average company does Again because they care. I am sorry this is so long but as they know it's the only way I know.”

“My husband and I can't say enough about Team Parmelee. I don"t think we would have been as successful without them. They helped us through every step of the process and made it easy. They are eager, energetic and ready to help you. All you have to do is call, TEAM PARMELEE! They Rock. If you need someone to help you sell your house, don't pass up the chance to have Team Parmelee as your Realtors. Zillow did a great job of showing the house. “It was a pleasure working with the Tyrone & Andrea Parmalee team to find the home we purchased in Newberg. Andrea was very thorough in asking my wife and I exactly the kind of house we were looking for and the area we wanted to live in. Andrea put together a listing of the homes we would be interested in looking at and my wife spent a morning driving around with Andrea, some were close to what we were looking for and others were not but that didn't worry Andrea she just kept looking for us. Even after we found the home we liked and then got shot down by being out bid on the home, Andrea kept looking for us. Finally we saw a for sale by owner home in Newberg and let Andrea know that we would like to look at it. Andrea called the owner and was able to work out a deal to where the seller could be represented by Andrea and assist in showing us the home. Once my wife and I looked at the house we loved it and with Andrea's help we were able to put in an offer that was accepted by the seller and the rest is history. My wife and I are very please with the home and feel we have come away with a new home and two new friends with Tyrone and Andrea. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the perfect home.”

“We originally wanted to list for sale by owner in order to bring more profit to ourselves. We listed our home on zillow, after a week there was no action. We contact Tyrone and Andrea, had an interview and decided to list with them. Within two weeks there were multiple showings, more then one offer and the home was sale pending. The process has been smooth and so much easier then selling by owner. I couldn't imagine all the things we would have endured on our own it was well worth it to list with them! Tyrone an Andrea are always available to answer our questions, they are prompt and very knowledgeable! We have enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to list or buy a home.”

“Tyrone and Andrea waited for us for two years to get off our butts and finally make up our minds what we were going to do---sell and buy or do a major upgrade. In the end, we wanted to start fresh. They were patient and helpful throughout the entire process. They were never too busy to answer our questions and were very careful to give us the straight story each step of the way. We are now in a new home that we love! And we have made two new friends along the way whose friendship we value very much.”

“Andrea is always upbeat and optimistic! The biggest impression she made on me, was that she cared about us as individuals. She made herself available at the drop of hat, anytime my wife or I had a question, or wanted to see a home we were interested in. She has been great to work with, answering the many, many questions that I had along the way. She was also honest, which is not a quality found to often in the sales industry, especially real estate. She gained my trust. I wanted somebody who would look out for the best interest of my family and would work hard to negotiate a firm, but fair deal. She did that, by developing a relationship with the seller, which I believe led to us striking a quick deal with no resistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea Parmelee, with Team Parmelee!”

“In the early stages of selling our home, we planned to interview three different realtors before deciding who would list our house. We contacted Tyrone and Andrea Parmalee based on a referral from my co-worker and we were impressed with them from the moment we met them. They arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and sat down for a few minutes before we walked through the house. One of the things they assured of us was that they would be there with us through every stage of the selling process. We spent more than an hour walking through entire house room by room. During this time, Andrea took detailed notes while Tyrone asked us lots of questions about our home. When we were finished, the four of us sat at our kitchen table for another hour discussing our goals and comps of homes in the area. At no time did we feel pressure to sign with them; in fact, they encouraged us to meet with other realtors before making our decision. Later that day, we met with another realtor who provided comps that were nearly identical to the ones Tyrone and Andrea gave us. However, this realtor seemed a lot more focused on purchasing our next home, rather than selling our current one. The next day we emailed the Parmalees and notified them that we had decided to go with them. Upon signing our agent agreement, Andrea put together a timeline for our sale and provided us a list of contractors that Premiere Property Group had vetted. Our home did not need a lot of work, but we decided that new carpet in our living room and touch up paint in some areas would add value to our home. In addition, the Parmalees arranged for a professional stager to walk through our home and advise us on how best to showcase the house. We spent the next six weeks getting the house ready to list and hit the market on May 4, 2017. Although we had a sold a home ten years prior, selling this house would prove to be more of a challenge. Shortly after we had put the house on the market, we discovered a leak in our sink that completely flooded the mudroom below the kitchen. We immediately contacted the Parmalees and fortunately for us, they had contracted a home warranty for our property when we signed with them. The next day, Tyrone and Andrea came to the house to look at the damage and to support us during this very low period. Through the warranty they had secured, a plumber came out to assess the situation, and instead of paying him an hourly rate, we only had a $65 deductible. Although the problem was not the dishwasher as we originally suspected, the plumber was able to advise us on how to remedy the situation and we then worked through our homeowner’s insurance to fix the sink and repair the mudroom below it. This week was very rough for our family, but after properly drying the area and making the necessary repairs, we were able to relist the house. One of the major challenges of selling our home was that the kitchen was dated. Although the price per square foot was the best deal in the town, the feedback we got from our showings was that the kitchen was not what many buyers were expecting. At this point, the Parmalees met with us to discuss our goals again and reminded us that we could pull the house from the market and relist sometime in the future. We expressed our intent to sell and decided to adjust our price to better reflect the current market value. The Parmalees also brought in a contractor who took measurements of our kitchen to provide potential buyers estimates for remodeling the kitchen. Immediately after relisting the home, we saw a flurry of activity and within two days, a serious buyer wanted a second look. Later that afternoon, we received an offer that was just above our asking price and accepted. Everything went fairly smoothly until the inspection. Given the age of our house, there had been some settling, which raised a potential issue with the sewer. Not surprisingly, the buyers were seeking more compensation than we were willing to provide, but Tyrone was able to negotiate a middle-ground position that made both parties happy and closed the deal. We signed our closing documents on July 17, 2017 and both Tyrone and Andrea were there, fulfilling their commitment to see us through the end of the entire process. In addition to being honest and good people, one of the best things we liked about working with Tyrone and Andrea was their communication. Whether it was by phone, email, text, or even a video chat, one of them was ALWAYS available. Each of them also did “little extras” for us that went above and beyond what either my wife or I expected of an agent. I highly recommend Tyrone and Andrea Parmalee if you want to sell or buy a home.”
