“We had a stellar experience with Stephen from the start. We knew nothing about selling a home and he walked us through all the steps. 4.5% is their take which is a good deal and we got more than we paid for. They put up very professional signs that include pictures of inside our home vs. worrying about running out of leaflets. The photos were taken very professionally as well and made our house shine. They helped us stage our home for our 2 open houses. The team was always available should we have any questions. Bottom line, we sold in 10 days and got more than what we asked for. Dream come true. Their business is like a well oiled machine as they are very organized and work together as a team. Turnkey all the way.”

“As a lawyer who lives in California, I had no time to travel back and forth to Portland to sell my Willamette River home. I needed an agent who would be my doppelganger in preparing my house for sale, and actually selling the home once that was done. I found the three best agents in Portland and told them I would fly up only one time, and interview each at a set time at my home. The commission rate was the least important factor. I needed an agent would would go above and beyond, making suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale, hiring contractors, following up on the work done, etc etc etc. Then I needed that same agent to sell the home for a price that recovered my costs and then some. After interviewing three agents at the same time in front of my house, only one stood out. He did not talk big, boast, or make crazy promises. He told me what he believed were three approaches to preparing my home depending on my budget and hopes of making a greater gain. After careful consideration, I chose Stephen. He dealt with the contractors, made sure they did not screw up (which is almost impossible if you know contractors), and when a mistake was made he made the contractor come back out and fix it. Then he sold my home for a great price and delivered excellent customer service. I will never use another agent again. Simply put, he is the best. His reviews are genuine, and he and his staff treated me very kindly and were always prompt and responsive. Thank you Stephen.”

“Great experience with this company while selling our first home. Kim Woodhouse was our realtor and she made a very stressful process much easier. She was friendly and upbeat, yet honest and to the point. She helped us maneuver through the multiple hurdles inherent in selling an older home. Her team was professional and quick to respond to any questions. We sold quickly and for well over our asking price. They take a lower percentage realtor fee, but I never felt that I was receiving a discounted level of service. Would highly recommend.”
