“Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. Stephen did an excellent job with all steps of the process, from the search, initial offer to close. He was able to quickly deal with and overcome those little things that pop up when you're going through a real estate transaction. A perfect example of how business should be done.”

“Stephen and his team are the best in the business. First realtor I used couldn't sell the house in a month and a half. After research I found Stephen and his team were highest rated in the state and reached out. They were able to get 2 offers in the first 4 days, one full price and one over asking. They have a unique approach and aren't afraid to spend money to make money to ensure your home gets the exposure necessary to sell. I would highly recommend Stephen and his team to anyone, the best team I have had the pleasure to work with in the 10 homes I have sold.”

“Our experience with Tyrone and Andrea was amazing! They promptly researched the areas were were interested in and showed us homes that were exactly right for us so it made it easy to get to a decision quickly. Their approach and personalities were a great fit for us – both are very knowledgeable and easy-going to work with and we will continue to recommend them to anyone that we here it is in the market for when buying or selling a property. “We had a great experience selling our first home with the Stephen FitzMaurice Team. Stephen helped with some pointers in our home to get it ready to list. The price it was listed for and the time it went on the market all came together perfectly. We received multiple offers over asking, and had no issues from then until closing. Jennifer was quick to reply with any questions we had. Even though it's hard to leave a first home, the process went smooth and made it worth it.”

“I found them here, sent an email, and had a call within 10 minutes. My quirky, lovely little house had some challenges. It was small, had an odd layout, no yard to speak of, and to top it all off, I no longer lived in the area. They helped me manage repairs, got it listed, and had a full-price offer in 10 days with a 30-day close. Every step was explained, every call and email answered immediately. Stephen and his team are pros. Call them. You won't be sorry.”

“Stephen and his team had me multiple offers in 3 days. After the open house I had 12 offers and it was a struggle to work through them. One call to Stephen and a plan was set and executed on as quickly as I have ever encountered. Can’t thank him and his team enough for helping me through this process. Do I recommend him ? “Stephen and Team recently sold our home for us in Tigard and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We fired our first realtor due to bait-and-switch practices and not following through on his word. So, trying to avoid the same mistake twice, we used UpNest to find our next realtor. We selected Stephen out of 4 other realtors – all of whom we interviewed extensively. Business savvy, honesty, integrity, and commitment are all the things we got with Stephen. He has a well-honed system more appropriate for this day and age (i.e. the internet and technology) and we experienced the benefit of such a system – lower commissions! We hope it will be a long time before have to sell another house but when we do, Stephen will be our first and only choice.”

“We chose Stephen FitzMaurice and his team because of their approach to listing and selling a house. They have a great game plan, they know their business more than most others, they want the same results as you, they know how to market it and sell it fast! He and his team made everything easy for us. This wasn't the first house we sold and they were the best team we have come across. Stephen and Jennifer are sharp and they know what they what they are doing. It was refreshing to work with such wonderful team.”
