Team Parmalee was great to work with when purchasing our home. They are very knowledgeable, very quick to respond, are easy to work with and were very flexible with our crazy schedules.

Andrea is always upbeat and optimistic! The biggest impression she made on me, was that she cared about us as individuals. She made herself available at the drop of hat, anytime my wife or I had a question, or wanted to see a home we were interested in. She has been great to work with, answering the many, many questions that I had along the way. She was also honest, which is not a quality found to often in the sales industry, especially real estate. She gained my trust. I wanted somebody who would look out for the best interest of my family and would work hard to negotiate a firm, but fair deal. She did that, by developing a relationship with the seller, which I believe led to us striking a quick deal with no resistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea Parmelee, with Team Parmelee!

Tyrone and Andrea are a great team who made selling our house a quick and painless process. They were both extremely helpful, responsive to questions, and went out of their way to help any way they could. The added bonus is both Andrea and Tyrone are delightful people who are easy to talk to and enjoyable to interact with. I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and would recommend them to anyone.

In the early stages of selling our home, we planned to interview three different realtors before deciding who would list our house. We contacted Tyrone and Andrea Parmalee based on a referral from my co-worker and we were impressed with them from the moment we met them. They arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and sat down for a few minutes before we walked through the house. One of the things they assured of us was that they would be there with us through every stage of the selling process. We spent more than an hour walking through entire house room by room. During this time, Andrea took detailed notes while Tyrone asked us lots of questions about our home. When we were finished, the four of us sat at our kitchen table for another hour discussing our goals and comps of homes in the area. At no time did we feel pressure to sign with them; in fact, they encouraged us to meet with other realtors before making our decision. Later that day, we met with another realtor who provided comps that were nearly identical to the ones Tyrone and Andrea gave us. However, this realtor seemed a lot more focused on purchasing our next home, rather than selling our current one. The next day we emailed the Parmalees and notified them that we had decided to go with them. Upon signing our agent agreement, Andrea put together a timeline for our sale and provided us a list of contractors that Premiere Property Group had vetted. Our home did not need a lot of work, but we decided that new carpet in our living room and touch up paint in some areas would add value to our home. In addition, the Parmalees arranged for a professional stager to walk through our home and advise us on how best to showcase the house. We spent the next six weeks getting the house ready to list and hit the market on May 4, 2017. Although we had a sold a home ten years prior, selling this house would prove to be more of a challenge. Shortly after we had put the house on the market, we discovered a leak in our sink that completely flooded the mudroom below the kitchen. We immediately contacted the Parmalees and fortunately for us, they had contracted a home warranty for our property when we signed with them. The next day, Tyrone and Andrea came to the house to look at the damage and to support us during this very low period. Through the warranty they had secured, a plumber came out to assess the situation, and instead of paying him an hourly rate, we only had a $65 deductible. Although the problem was not the dishwasher as we originally suspected, the plumber was able to advise us on how to remedy the situation and we then worked through our homeowner’s insurance to fix the sink and repair the mudroom below it. This week was very rough for our family, but after properly drying the area and making the necessary repairs, we were able to relist the house. One of the major challenges of selling our home was that the kitchen was dated. Although the price per square foot was the best deal in the town, the feedback we got from our showings was that the kitchen was not what many buyers were expecting. At this point, the Parmalees met with us to discuss our goals again and reminded us that we could pull the house from the market and relist sometime in the future. We expressed our intent to sell and decided to adjust our price to better reflect the current market value. The Parmalees also brought in a contractor who took measurements of our kitchen to provide potential buyers estimates for remodeling the kitchen. Immediately after relisting the home, we saw a flurry of activity and within two days, a serious buyer wanted a second look. Later that afternoon, we received an offer that was just above our asking price and accepted. Everything went fairly smoothly until the inspection. Given the age of our house, there had been some settling, which raised a potential issue with the sewer. Not surprisingly, the buyers were seeking more compensation than we were willing to provide, but Tyrone was able to negotiate a middle-ground position that made both parties happy and closed the deal. We signed our closing documents on July 17, 2017 and both Tyrone and Andrea were there, fulfilling their commitment to see us through the end of the entire process. In addition to being honest and good people, one of the best things we liked about working with Tyrone and Andrea was their communication. Whether it was by phone, email, text, or even a video chat, one of them was ALWAYS available. Each of them also did “little extras” for us that went above and beyond what either my wife or I expected of an agent. I highly recommend Tyrone and Andrea Parmalee if you want to sell or buy a home.

Awesome team to work with. We recently sold our home and bought one in 6 weeks and the process was smooth and quick. They were both quick to respond to questions. Never pushy and patient in the months it took finding the right home. Very nice and understanding with our small children that were there for a lot of showings and appts. Highly recommend

Team Parmelee, as they call themselves, took over when our first realtor struck out. From the beginning they provided the professional service we demanded and helped us turn our failing house search around in a competitive market. Often Tyrone went out of his way to ensure that we received timely, effective, and thorough responses to our questions. None were left unanswered with these two. I would buy with them again!

Andrea & Tyrone were wonderful from start to finish! They were very patient with us, looking at lots of homes. They helped us find the right home- and then went above and beyond to make sure we got it for the best price! We will be using them for sure when we purchase other homes, and would recommend them to anyone!

Andrea & Tyrone are awesome, very attentive to what we were looking for in a house. The know the market. Andrea answered all texts very quickly and was willing to go the extra mile for us. What an awesome experience it was for us. They made house hunting and buying easy. I would recommend them to everyone. They are kind, caring and fun to work with. I hope to remain in touch with them as I consider them friends now.

I've been meaning to write Stephen a review for a while now and just kept putting it off. Stephen sold my house early 2015 when I moved to Seattle from Portland. I pretty much left our house to him and he had it sold within 2 days above asking. Stephen made sure that any problems were quickly remedied. I was very happy with the service.
