“My experience working with the Stephen FitzMaurice team was outstanding. They were professional (and kind when I needed a bit of reassurance in the midst of the process) and focused in on selling my home and keeping me in the loop. My experience with this team vastly out performed other realtors I have worked with. “It's easy to see why Stephen sells so many homes. Besides being a genuinely nice person, he is also a true professional. From expert analysis of current market conditions at our first meeting, right on through negotiations with multiple bidders and a successful close, we couldn't have asked for any higher level of service than what we received from Stephen and his assistant Jennifer. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen and his team to anyone looking to sell property in the Portland area.”

“I found Steven when googling Portland housing market. His articles demonstrated current knowledge of the market and flexible thinking. The Realtor I used when I last sold in 2007 didn't realize the market was changing, and gave me poor advice. A Realtor who sells an average of 2 houses a week is in great touch with the market. Steven's photographer took great photos for the listing. The interior photos looked better than real life. The attractive photos and directness of the text made for a great RMLS listing, which generates the interest to view the house. I saved almost $5K on commissions, and don't think a full fee Realtor would have sold it any quicker or for a higher price. I will use Steven again.”
