“Stephen made the experience of selling my first house seamless. I live in another state but he kept me informed and moved the process along without a hitch. The only thing another agent could have done differently was charge a much higher commission. I only wish he was able help me purchase in my state. Highly recommend his service and business model.”

“We very, very highly recommend Steve FitzMaurice. In a little over a month, he sold our house for more than the asking price, by pitting 2 potential buyers against each other. He is always prompt getting back to us, and keeping us updated. He sells an average of one house every week, whereas a typical agent sells only one house every 2 months. Remember, 20% of the agents do 80% of the real estate business. Look at all the top awards Steve earned. If you want to sell your house fast for top dollar, go with this real pro, who has a proven 5-star track record.”

“Stephen was very professional throughout the entire process. Was able to list a few hours after we talked. Well versed in internet listings to target the largest audiences. And most of all, even when a deal fell through, he never pressured me into taking a lesser offer. He knew my objective and he stuck to it. I really felt like he was working for me. Not to forget, the discount on the commission. This guy gets it.”

“We were very satisfied in using Stephen. He made it very easy and was very responsive and quick to reach when needed. Professional, knowledgeable and level headed would be good descriptions for Stephen. He also was willing to go the extra mile if required. We had our first offer two days after the house was listed on the various websites that Stephen subscribes to. This turned in to a sale for almost the full asking price in 30 days. It was an excellent real estate experience. We would highly recommend him.”

“Stephen is very good at what he does. He made the selling of my house quick and painless and was able to negotiate a rent back from the buyers which allowed me enough time to find and close on a new house without having to worry about being homeless. As a first time home seller I was nervous and wanted to jump on the first offer that came in the first day on the market but Stephen reassured me we should wait and see what else came in. He was holding out for a perfect offer and two days later that's what we got. Things moved along smoothly and efficiently with the sale. I like that he communicates effectively via email and handles all â€œpaperworkâ€ electronically with DocuSign. I'd recommend him to anyone with a house to sell.”

Stephen immediately told me what the market value of the home was, met me at the property 3 weeks later when I was getting it ready for sale, filled out the paperwork in less than 10 minutes, and sold the house within 24 hours. “We have worked with many realtors over the years and Stephen is by far the best we have ever met! He's very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly! We had multiple offers after one day...not because we were under priced but because we had maximum exposure at the appropriate price! Stephen made great use of the internet for marketing and had ideas for "staging" that were reasonable for us to do. The best part about working with Stephen was getting to know him! He's very successful but he's not pushy or high pressured...enjoyed his low key demeanor. We immediately trusted him! Really can't say enough positive things about him!”

“I can't imagine using anyone else to sell a home. Stephen prices right and markets right. He asks for feedback from each agent who tours the property and he keeps you updated. He sold two family homes for us and we will be using him again in the near future. He does everything any really good agent would do and charges a lower fee. It's a no brainer - top agent for rock bottom fees.”

“Stephen is really excellent at what he does. It makes sense that he is ranked as well as he is. He provided clear and detailed information about his overall strategy AND, more importantly, followed through. My home sold in just two days after implementing his strategy. This was the fastest and easiest home sale I have ever completed. If you want an agent who understands how to get results, responds quickly, and is outstanding to work with then call Stephen!”
