“I ordered a pair of Risley Short Waterproof Boots, but the boots were not in the box. They came in a plastic bag, and there was only one boot inside, other outside. The courier also threw the shipping bag over my gate, and the boot that arrived had a mark on it and the insole was slightly bent.
I wish more care had been taken with the packaging. I am just glad they were not meant to be a Christmas present.
I guess this is one of the reasons why the boots were so cheap. M&S sells the same style for a little more, and I probably should have ordered from them because they would have packed them properly.”
“We went to a store to buy a hiking trousers and the size was not available. Then we ordered one trouser online which turned out to be made of pathetic material and more like a ballon in shape. So, now when I want to return it they are asking a fee of around 5€. So In the end I got nothing but a loss of 5€. Such pathetic service and material”

I followed Regatta’s official return process and ended up being targeted by a scam. The system redirected me to “Regatta Rebound,” and after following the instructions, my parcel was sent abroad and my personal data was exposed. Their website and return process are unsafe, and customer service has been unhelpful. Absolutely not trustworthy — avoid at all costs.”

“Total disaster poor quality items and I ordered on two separate occasions with two different emails.
The goods I didn’t like the material so I decided to sent them back.
While awaiting for the second order to arrive in which was late I couldn’t return both orders together.
So just imagine I had to pay to get them in and pay separately to send them back.

“I returned an item as instructed, with a proof of posting and returs note.. I have not received an acknowledgement or refund after 15 days.
I contacted them through their live chat and explained the situation 3 times and received automated answers saying my explanation was not clear. I also forwarded a copy of the proof of posting. I now have no alternative than to recall my Credit card payment
I will not deal with them again in the future”

“Received an item that was different from my order. Regatta explained that they hadn’t updated their pictures to show the new design, but have not offered to refund or exchange - they even resent their original reply in response to my second email querying this matter. I am very surprised that this company has such high ratings as I have looked on other review sites and found so many similar experiences to mine. I now have an item which I do not want but am so appalled by their service that I am not confident they will refund a returned item - this is based on the reviews I’ve read. Also, on checking almost a month later, they still have not updated their picture!”
