“So I recently purchased an Alienware R2 17 laptop from NRG. A week on I am very pleased with my purchase. The device came in beautiful condition with the mentioned slight scratch on the lid. The laptop runs great allowing me to play pretty much any game I want where ever I want. I'd highly recommend NRG if you're looking to purchase a device at a good price!”

“Had a connectivity problem, and from the outset the guys were helpful - taking time to provide real insight into possible solutions. When it was established I didn't have the correct lead, they provided it FOC, delivered next day. Communications were prompt & informative. A service level matched by only a few of the many retailers I deal with. Recommend.”

“Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The product (a Dell Latitude 7275) was as described and at a bargain price. Although there was a bit of a delay in processing the payment and dispatching the item, the team at NRG were extremely helpful and got things moving as quickly as possible. Overall, I couldn't be happier and will certainly use them again for future purchases. I highly recommend them.”
