“I brought a Dell U2414H WOST 24 inch Monitor without a Stand with a 3 Year on site warranty! I was very impressed with NRG:IT buying experience, I purchased the monitor on the Wednesday morning and it was dispatched for a Thursday delivery! First class service! :-)”

“Staff were good on the online chat, but they did take a long time to respond, over 25mins and online chat should be instant. Delivery good, product good. I would use them again.”

“The product a FirePro W7100 card arrived very promptly and very well packaged (not in original box though). It wasn't clear from the page where you buy it that the card would not come boxed as original so I assume its refurbished, but as the card has only been out since late 2014 it cant be more than 12 months old. Works like a charm. The price is very good, but then it has to be as its not new. Great service, just needs clearer specific info on the product buying page.”

“Great prices, lightning fast delivery and excellent customer service. What's not to like? I bought one monitor from these guys that had a problem (not NRG:IT's fault). They dealt with it promptly, courteously and efficiently and, what's more, they're really nice guys. I've since been back and bought two more monitors. They arrived the next day. I couldn't recommend them more.”
