“I was nervous about ordering a refurbished computer and my wife - who will be using it - phoned NRG to ask about the refurbishment, software and details of the hardware. The NRG man was very helpful and answered all our questions, offering phone support for any hardware problems should they arrive. Our Dell arrived next day, special delivery with no charges, and in spotless condition. Only 7 days into using it, but so far, the computer works like new, and no problems at all. I saved 500 on the retail price, and so far, I can't quite believe I got such a good deal.”

“Purchased a 4K monitor for my dons Birthday . The monitor arived damaged , however it was replaced within 48 hours . Excellent customer service and a great product. I would recommend NRG:IT”

“I'm not very technical and struggled to find a new computer that would meet my needs. It looked all too easy to spend more that necessary and get lots of functions that I don't want. I've always used Dell products, expensive but worth it, but I didn't want the very latest version so I rang NRG:IT and spoke to a really helpful gentleman who was able to advise me the best fit for my needs and didn't in any way try to sell me more than I wanted. Result is a new system £150 less that a brand new Dell just a slightly older model which is doing everything I need. Delivery was fast and effortless. I'm very grateful for excellent service and would highly recommend you give them a ring!”

“Bought a refurbished Dell P2314H monitor from NRG, I am very happy with the screen (no dead pixels & in immaculate condition), they delivered next day. Had a minor problem with the stand having a more than a minor scratch and they immediately swapped it for a new looking/or new one (cant tell). very happy, would buy from them again,”
