Avoid this law firm at all costs. They submitted my spouse’s visa under the wrong scheme, despite knowing all the details of our background. As a consequence, we are forced to leave the country after five years here. We assumed they gave us correct guidance, but they misled us form the start. We consulted with them for years, they directed critical life decisions of ours, and they were wrong the entire time. After making them aware of their errors, thanks to better law firms, they stopped replying. They refused to help. Deplorable law firm that don’t care about their clients. When the going gets tough, expect them to disappear. Please avoid this incompetent law firm. Don’t trust them. If they gave guidance, check with other firms.

Their incompetence in adhering to crucial deadlines is alarming and unacceptable. It is disheartening that the customer has to remind them about important correspondence from the Home Office constantly. Instead of taking ownership of their mistakes, they prefer to shift blame onto the Home Office. This lack of organization in managing their portfolio of customers inevitably leads to crucial deadlines being forgotten and errors occurring. The irony is striking regarding this Law firm and its employees, such as (Zarish & Ben). Despite being assigned a hearing date by the immigration tribunal, they dared to ask if the tribunal had indeed provided a hearing date just days before the hearing itself. It is beyond ridiculous. Furthermore, they even neglected to book a barrister for the hearing. Adding insult to injury, the Home Office sent an essential bundle of documents to both my address and Reiss Edwards. However, they misplaced the bundle and tried to shift the blame onto the Home Office. In the midst of it all, Zarish dared to insist that the Home Office should have thoroughly reviewed the bundle. How can the Home Office review it if they fail to send it on time to the tribunal? Astonishingly, this supposedly professional law firm still needs to have a proper complaints structure in place. In light of these appalling experiences, I have initiated a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman. These so-called legal firms need to understand the immense effort people put into earning their money. They must also learn that providing subpar service and demanding exorbitant fees will not go unchallenged. I strongly advise against engaging the services of this legal firm. Unless you are prepared to tolerate subpar service despite paying a significant sum of money, look elsewhere for legal representation.

Awful service, please be aware. Rude, negligent and near to a scam as I was ignored on requests for legal advice throughout and eventually paid £1680 solely for someone to add documents to an online portal (anyone can do) which they wilfully delayed for 14 weeks. I spoke with Andy Tieu first who continually forgot to email the items he promised over the phone and delayed the process weeks as he did not start our case. We were allocated to Anna Foley who ignored our questions and did not start the application and then left the company. We had to call and chase and spoke to Joseph who started our case, reassured us and allocated a new solicitor who again refused to contact us and we had to chase again, losing over a month. Neeru Dhanda was incompetent and inexperienced as we had to re-send all of our documents and explain the case again where she made multiple errors and refused to give any advice. She only served to add documents online and still made errors, forgetting to even provide the online portal for me to supply documents for weeks. Zarish Adams was meant to oversee this as a senior but ignored all contact throughout. After 14 weeks of delays I had to apply for an urgent priority appointment on the advice it would be in a week but it was a month away and I was charged even more. Finally, I still did not receive the full visa applied for and received no explanation why. Also no response on a refund promised by UKVI. This cost me £1100 extra due to delays and they are still withholding a refund of £780 from UKVI to me. Ignoring all contact since and refusing to allow me to speak to management or acknowledge any issues. I need to lay a complaint and get the money UKVI will refund me but they won't allow it. I have paid £5,360 for 14 weeks of delays, no legal advice, being ignored and receiving only half the visa applied for after doing all the work myself. This would have cost £1,913 and taken 8 weeks without these solicitors. Please do not use.

The most unprofessional solicitors ! Because of this solicitors I lost almost 2 years . They made several mistakes in my case . They are very unprofessional, they don’t reply to the emails , phone calls , once they take the money you can forget about it , you are alone , without proper guidance and advice , you have to do it everything yourself , they will just contact you when you have to make a payment ! They offered me 2000£ in compensation but that’s not even close enough to what spent 5000£ and all the damaged caused by their negligence . They will try to blame you , they are not honest , they just don’t care about you at all . I’m sure most of the reviews are fake as I deal with mostly of them and none cares ! Avoid them they are expensive and they won’t care about you at all

Reiss Edwards service was not only overly-priced, but also offered advisers that were condescending and had extremely poor attention to detail (namely, Sujata Joshi and Amar Ali). My husband and I filed an official complaint to the OISC after the experience that we endured. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY! Go to your local council for FREE advice on your immigration status.
