“i like the clothes, however the customer service is at a decline at the London City Stores. unless you buy full price, not sale items, you will be treated as a discount customer and they certainly won't hide that attitude. (previously have bought full price items and could see the difference in service). cherry on top is that you get different type of shopping bags depending if it's a full price/ sale item, almost as if making you ashamed of your purchase.

“We reported to Reiss customer service a physical assault committed by the Westfield, White City store manager, Sarah, on both me and my wife, that happened around (4-4.30pm).
It is now 48 hours later and we have still not had a reply or call out of courtesy. The senior management of Reiss should be appalled by what one of their staff did to us in the store! Imagine if it was the other way around? We have also reported the assault to Westfield centre management and we will be contacting the police!
What kind of staff do they employ? If the assault was not enough, she also threw our Reiss shopping worth £1600 outside the store. Total disrespect not only for customers, but also for the Reiss brand and clothing.

They deliver and return through Evri which is a very unreliable courier. I ordered 16 items online, which arrived in 4 different packages. I returned 15 out of the 16 items the next day in their original packages with the return labels provided all in the same parcel shop all at the same time. Out of the 4 packages I received confirmation for return for 2 of them, but refunded for only 1 package including 4 items. The other 11 are worth £1377 I normally hang on to the receipt for returns but this time since I received confirmation for 1 out of the 4 packages, I got rid of the receipts thinking the rest will come through too since they were all processed at the same time. The customer service refused to help investigating the case. I have lost £1377. A truly disappointing experience.”
“I love shopping at Reiss, but find it upsetting when I pay over £100 for a dress and then it goes on sale a few weeks later for much cheaper. They seem to do this a lot and it makes me not want to ever pay full price. I've learned to wait for the dress or top I want to go on sale so that I don't waste money, but that increases the likelihood of a ton of other people wearing the same thing. Overall the service is good and items come in good condition.”

The store security ran after us and told us to open our bags and handbags in front of everyone on the street. As a regular customer of Reiss and being treated like that is appalling. All three orders resulted in incorrect size items being delivered, with the worst being women's sandals being delivered in place of mens trainers. All items were in incorrect boxes, so clearly Reiss are not checking their products ahead of dispatch.”
“I love reiss brands, but recently and in fact last year the quality of thr clothes has not been good. Alot of skirts, jumpers and a summer dress goes out of shape. I bought a yellow jumper and it completely out of shape after only one wash, it's gotten baggie and no shape to it. I bought a blue summer dress last year and thr quality was poor. Only could wear it once and out of shape. Love reiss just not anymore.”
“I used to like this brand. Utterly unimpressed by their staff. I saw a dress on sale. It had various new discounted prices written on the tag. It said 75 and 55. None of the numbers looked crossed over , however the 55 was apparently a mistake, but it wasn’t crossed over ! I told them that due to normal contractual obligations, and me being in good faith since it was the last dress there, they should honour me the price they had put on the price tag. The guys in there were absolute a-holes and kept saying I was wrong…. Even though the law says differently. Apparently they’re raised above the law 🙄”

They answered my first email when I asked where my credit was and then went silent......Terrible customer service and they give you very little information in order to track returns.”

“i ordered a dress and did not see the default address. within a minute i tried to call customer service and every way i attempted, it did not work. i then got on a live chat that was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i just wanted to cancel and reorder, give the correct address and he kept saying it has to be delivered first. it is being delivered to another state. who is going to return it form there? i will NEVER shop with them again. horrible experience.”
