“Been wearing Reiss for twenty years as it was great quality and nice design. Quality has gone down hill in the past year or so and now I don’t buy their products anymore. Such a shame as was an amazing brand. It has now been sold out to Next”
“Bought online with idea of exchanging in the store if the item doesn’t fit. Two dresses didn’t look as I expected and I wanted to exchange in store. But, I could not exchange or get store credit, I had to return items for reimbursement. Those dresses were a gift and I lost about $800 because they went to the giftee’s credit card and I couldn’t get anything in return. Very bad policy.”
“Reiss has some lovely clothes and their jeans and trousers have generally been great quality. I will not be buying a top from them again. I only wore a top a few times and it tore on lots of seams. The same happened with another top of theirs. This is despite washing correctly etc.”
“Much as I love the clothes in Reiss, the returns policy has to be the absolute worst. I ordered several items online and when they didn't fit correctly, I had to pay for the return. It cost me £16 !!! I will never buy from them again - I shop mostly online as I live in a very rural area far from any decent stores. Other retailers do not charge for returns - I will not be buying from Reiss online again - Ridiculous.”
