“Delivery was on time, and everything was packed carefully. Even with a large order, there were no scratches or issues. The craftsmanship stands out. The chairs feel solid, no wobbles and the buckskin upholstery is tight and neatly done. Customers have already commented on how comfortable the new seating is. The bar stools in particular are getting a lot of compliments. A+ service and furniture!”

“Everything about my order feels cohesive. All of the furniture, and I mean all, the booths, chairs, tables, and bases, they all complement each other, making our space look thoughtfully designed instead of pieced together. The booths in black vinyl are a safe choice that still look stylish. Delivery was quick, and the driver was patient while we checked the shipment.”

“Giotto chairs bring elegance and comfort with them! Packaging and delivery were excellent. One of the most impressive things is the craftsmanship. The wood frames are smooth, the edges are even, and the finish is consistent. You can really tell they’re made in the USA.”

“It’s rare to receive such a large order with zero damage, but that’s exactly what happened here. The chairs came protected by heavy cardboard and wrap, and each one was flawless. “Solid build, smooth swivel, and easy to wipe clean. We bought a lot of Elmada stools and every one of them arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was faster than expected, and all boxes were packed tight. Unwrapping them took a bit tbh, but not a single blemish.”

“Got the Ethan chairs and bar stools and I’m honestly impressed. The black-on-black look is sharp, and the seats have just enough padding to stay comfy through a whole meal. Everything showed up on time, delivery with courier service but packed tight, no scratches. We unpacked them in the afternoon and had guests using them that night. Really solid chairs.”
