“I figured a larger chair-and-base order would sit in processing for a while. It didn't. We got confirmation quickly, shipping information followed, and the order started moving without me having to keep asking for updates. Fast delivery, good team and service!”

“I was expecting at least a couple of headaches when the truck opened. There was a LOT of furniture. Instead, we spent most of the day unpacking rather than documenting damage. The wood surfaces were protected well and the upholstered pieces came through clean. I'd happily take another delivery like that.”

“One of the best and easiest orders we ever did for our bar. Sales confirmed the finish and quantity and we approved everything and the order started moving. Regular mail updates for delivery time, courier called ahead to check if we will at the address. Top notch organization and service. Very good communication without a bunch of unnecessary calls. “I'd order the same setup again, custom sizing came out right, laminate is easy to maintain, and the folding design solved our storage problem. Sales was helpful and delivery moved quickly for a custom order. Nothing I'd really change. World class restaurant furniture company in my opinion.”

“All of the restaurant furniture we bought from them (and it was a lot) passed the weekend test in our ultra busy restaurant. Everything got plenty of use Friday and Saturday. By Sunday, tables were still solid, chairs don't wobble, and on top of that all of the furniture looks amazing. A+ experience”

“This was exactly the kind of furniture order I wanted! We weren't looking for a complicated redesign. We had ten old booth spaces that needed better seating, and we wanted the replacement done without dragging the project out for weeks. These quickship booths checked those boxes. Plain backs fit the restaurant without making the section too busy, black upholstery was practical for the amount of traffic we get, and the 48-inch size worked where we needed it. Buying process was straightforward too. Website gave us enough information to narrow things down, sales confirmed the details, and handling started quickly after the order was approved. Delivery moved fast overall, and when freight timing changed slightly, support was easy to reach and gave us a useful update. After several busy services, quality has been good and customers are using the booths constantly. For me, that's a successful order.”

“I really have to praise RestaurantFurniture.net from their service and team members on support via email and phone, to delivery with courier service and quality of furniture. Our biggest problem was inconsistency. We had table tops replaced at different times, so finishes and sizes had slowly become a mix. Nothing was completely terrible, but the dining room didn't feel planned anymore. Replacing forty-eight round tops in dark mahogany gave the main dining area one clear look. Forty-six natural 30x30 tops brightened the smaller-table section and stopped the whole restaurant from becoming too dark. Then we filled in the smaller gaps. Nine mahogany ladder-back chairs replaced worn seating without forcing us to redo an entire section. Two black channel booths fixed an awkward corner, and seven walnut Duna stools finished a smaller bar area. Sales helped us keep the quantities straight, processing moved quickly after approval, and delivery was fast overall considering how much furniture was involved. Freight timing changed once, but support responded quickly and kept us informed. Everything arrived well protected, which was probably my biggest concern with so many solid wood surfaces. After actually using everything, I'm very happy with the quality and with how much more organized the restaurant feels.”

“There were too many options to start with a phone call. We used the website to narrow down chairs, stools, and table styles first. Then sales helped with the details and custom finish. That worked much better for me than spending an hour on the phone going through every product. Fast handling a delivery on a fairly complicated order.”

“Large mixed orders make me nervous because there are so many opportunities for something to get scratched. We went through everything carefully. Table tops looked clean, wood finishes were protected, chair frames were in good condition, and upholstery on the stools came through without issues. Whoever packed this order did a good job.”

“I almost skipped the liftgate because I figured we'd have enough people around to unload. Looking back, that would've been a bad decision. Between all the metal frames and the industrial tables, there was a lot of heavy furniture coming off that truck. Having everything lowered down for us made receiving much easier and probably saved a couple of backs in the process. Delivery moved along quickly, and we were able to start sorting the order almost immediately. I'd definitely add the liftgate again on an order this size.”

“For once, we were both right. I wanted the slate chairs because I liked the natural wood against the black frame. My partner was set on button-tufted booths instead of plain ones. Once everything was together, both choices made sense. The chairs give the open dining area a lighter feel, while the booths make the wall seating look more comfortable and finished. Nothing feels overly matched. Delivery came faster than I had prepared for, which is a good problem to have. We had to move quickly getting the old furniture out, but I'd rather deal with that than wait weeks wondering when an order is coming. Most of our budget went toward booths, so I wasn't expecting the slate chairs to get much attention. They actually changed the open seating area quite a bit. We've already put them through some busy dinner shifts and haven't had any issues.”

“Furniture? Happy. Service? Good. Installation day? That's on me. I should've scheduled more people. Booths are bulky, table tops take space, and 82 bar stools don't unpack themselves. We got through it, but next time I'm calling in more help.”

“We finally have a bar that matches! (with delivery under 2 weeks and awesome packaging) That might sound like a small thing. But it actually isn't. Walking behind the bar every morning and seeing everything matching instead of a collection of replacements just feels better to me as the owner. Special thanks to Zach for the help over the phone.”

“Normally customers don't say much about furniture. Since we finished this project we've had several regulars mention how comfortable the dining room feels or ask whether we'd renovated. Nobody asks about specific chairs. They just notice the whole room feels better.”
