“We’ve had furniture deliveries before where things gets delayed because something arrives scratched or missing, but that didn’t happen with restaurantfurniture.net Our order arrived when promised, and fast. “The walnut finish on everything tied together really nicely once we got it all in the room. Sometimes mixed orders feel random until setup day but the Duna stools, elm tops, and industrial tables actually looked like they belonged together from the start! Delivery also came in faster than we expected, which helped a lot with timing on our end for our renovation. We were given tracking information early and the updates stayed accurate the whole way through the shipping process. Customer support was helpful in a way that words can't describe. Thanks a lot to the entire team that worked on our order.”

“I’ll be honest, I was watching this shipment pretty closely because of the volume. When it arrived, it was actually a relief, everything was there, nothing out of place. The booths came in clean and we didn’t lose time dealing with problems. Everything was consistent from quality and packaging, to delivery time and service. Great company, awesome team.”

“I’ve had deliveries before that were chaotic, but this one was the opposite. Organization was excellent from the moment I called them, shipping without delays and very polite agents on the phone. I called multiple times to verify measurements since we do a large order with a lot of custom options, and all I can say is thanks a lot!
