“Everything arrived securely packaged and in good condition. A couple of cartons had minor scuffs, but nothing that affected the product. The bullnose edge on the tops gives them a polished look and feels comfortable for guests resting their arms. Great experience overall. Shipping was organized, and tracking information was provided early. With such a large order, we were worried about delays, but everything arrived within the expected timeframe. Quality control seems consistent across all pieces.”

“These tables offer a professional look and solid performance for a commercial setting. Assembly was straightforward just time consuming with the quantity we ordered. Minor delay and a few busy phone calls keep it at four stars but we would still recommend them.”

“We appreciated how organized the shipment was. Everything arrived on time and nothing was missing. Assembly was simple and didn’t require any adjustments. “We went with the reclaimed wood plank tops for their character and they delivered exactly that! The reclaimed wood tops have a natural look that feels intentional rather than rough in my opinion. The only minor thing was getting someone on the phone, it took a few tries...”

“Ordered on their site. Good customer service and delivery times. The chairs arrived well packed and mostly ready to go. One box arrived with some exterior damage, but the chairs inside were fine. That’s the only reason we didn’t give five stars tbh.”

“We ordered several booth configurations for our dining room and overall we’re happy with how they turned out. The 3-channel back design gives the space a clean, modern look without feeling too stiff. Upholstery feels durable and comfortable, especially for longer meals. Installation took some planning since the wall benches were long sections, but once they were secured everything felt solid. Only reason for four stars is that communication was a bit slow when we had a quick install question, phones were busy that day. Booths themselves are excellent.”

“We replaced our old seating with walnut booths and they have completely transformed our space. The height is just right and the vinyl is easy to wipe down, the overall quality is far better than expected for the price. I wasn't happy about the 2 days delivery delay though. Everything else was great.”
