“Courier called ahead and we were ready when the truck came. That helped because we were receiving the order before lunch service. Chairs were packed well and feel solid. Kudos”

“We spent more time deciding on the booths than anything else in the restaurant. Went with the black button tufted backs and I’m happy with them. The upholstery looks neat, especially around the buttons, and the seats feel supportive. Had a few questions before ordering and the sales rep actually took the time to answer them. Didn’t feel rushed off the phone.”

“The shipping update wasn’t clear to me, and I thought the furniture was arriving sooner than it actually was. Called support and got a proper explanation. Delivery came within the original estimate, so nothing was late. Still taking a star off because the message could have been clearer. The furniture is good. Particularly happy with the solid wood tops in black.”

“The sales rep needed to check something I asked about the order. Said they’d call back, then actually did. I appreciated that more than an immediate guess. We went ahead with the Duna stools and tabletops, and everything arrived as selected. The walnut finish is especially nice.”

“We’d been making changes a bit at a time, and for a while the room just looked unfinished. Getting the black button-tufted booths in helped more than I expected. They have the look we wanted without us needing to explain it to anyone. The website was useful for narrowing things down, then sales helped with the final questions. Delivery arrived safely. We spent the evening moving things into position, stepping back, moving something again. You know how that goes. I finally sat down in a booth and was happy to leave everything where it was.”

“Most of our attention went into choosing the bar stools, but I’m especially happy with the two Slate chairs. I like the natural wood against the black frames. They have a different look from the walnut stools, which was what we wanted for that little area. Customer service helped us check the order before it went through, and delivery was sooner than I expected.”

“We kept putting off replacing our table tops because they were technically still usable. They just looked tired, and it was becoming obvious. The dark mahogany tops were a good choice for us. Simple, proper wood, and a finish that works with the furniture we already have. I particularly like the eased edge when wiping around the tables. Nothing dramatic, just a much nicer room to walk into. Delivery was fast and the tops arrived well packed.”

“For years we kept rearranging tables along the same wall and never quite liked the result that we wanted. The long plain-back bench finally made the layout make sense. The dark mahogany chairs give it a classic restaurant feel. Big thanks to Olga for the her great service overall but also for helping us pick the correct furniture for our restaurant. Ordering was straightforward, a few clicks on the website, and delivery was fast with courier company. I’d order again.”

“The 149inch wall benches needed a proper plan before delivery. Once we knew where they were going with some help from their sales rep Eric the rest of the seating decisions got easier. I didn't expect their sales agents to know so much about interior design, and furniture placements. You got yourselves a lifelong customer!”
