“Small order, proper attention. Only ten chairs, but service still took our questions seriously. The order was checked, delivery moved fast, and everything arrived as described. I appreciated not being treated like a low-priority customer.”

“Nobody comes into a restaurant and compliments the table bases. That's fine with me. We installed 42 and immediately stopped dealing with tables that slowly moved out of position during service or wobbled. The bolt-down setup feels much more secure than what we had before. Ordering was straightforward on their site, the shipment moved quickly. Both handling and delivery are great! Jeff our sales rep helped confirmed the 30-inch height before everything went out. Good service from order to delivery.”

“Good commercial booth for the price. One package had some outer damage from freight handling, but the booth inside was fine. Support still asked for photos and followed up to make sure nothing needed replacing. The gunmetal upholstery looks durable and hides everyday marks well.”

“We get groups that grow at the last minute all the time. Four people becomes six, six becomes eight, and suddenly the host is trying to push tables together. The reversible tops have made that much easier. We leave them square for normal service and open them into the larger round setup when we need the extra room. Sales explained how they worked before we ordered, and delivery came through quickly enough that we had all fifteen installed before a busy weekend.”

“Our dining room suddenly has a lot of mahogany and I'm completely fine with that. I thought close to a hundred matching wood chairs might make the room feel heavy, but the vertical slat design keeps them pretty clean looking. Now everything feels consistent instead of like we bought chairs in six different years. I don't need daily calls about an order. I need somebody available when I have a question. That's pretty much how this went. Sales helped before the purchase, support was there when we needed delivery information, and otherwise the order kept moving. Perfect buyer experience for me.”

“I don't trust first impressions with restaurant furniture. Everything looks good before customers touch it. We had a packed Friday, every table was in use, chairs were getting moved around all night, and staff reset the room several times. By closing, nothing had loosened up and the walnut tops still looked great. Delivery had been quick, support and service was also good before arrival, and the quality passed the only test I really care about.”

“Nineteen custom sizes gave me plenty of reasons to worry before ordering, but whoever handled the measurements knew what they were doing. We checked everything beforehand, sent the final sizes over, and the tops arrived fitting the spaces we'd planned for them. The bi-fold setup is useful too. We can clear part of the room without trying to find somewhere to stack full-size tables. Very good experience with the custom side of the order.”

“Good service because nobody pretended they knew something they didn't. I had a fairly specific question about the custom sizing. Instead of giving me a quick answer just to get the order placed, the person helping us checked it and came back with the right information. That made me trust the process a lot more.”

“Delivery slipped later than planned. Annoying, but not disastrous. Support gave us a realistic update, everything showed up when they said it would and packaging was OK, and we didn't have problems with any missing pieces. I can live with that but still not a five star experience.”

“I was expecting at least a couple of headaches when the truck opened. There was a LOT of furniture. Instead, we spent most of the day unpacking rather than documenting damage. The wood surfaces were protected well and the upholstered pieces came through clean. I'd happily take another delivery like that.”

“One of the best and easiest orders we ever did for our bar. Sales confirmed the finish and quantity and we approved everything and the order started moving. Regular mail updates for delivery time, courier called ahead to check if we will at the address. Top notch organization and service. Very good communication without a bunch of unnecessary calls. “All of the restaurant furniture we bought from them (and it was a lot) passed the weekend test in our ultra busy restaurant. Everything got plenty of use Friday and Saturday. By Sunday, tables were still solid, chairs don't wobble, and on top of that all of the furniture looks amazing. A+ experience”

“This was exactly the kind of furniture order I wanted! We weren't looking for a complicated redesign. We had ten old booth spaces that needed better seating, and we wanted the replacement done without dragging the project out for weeks. These quickship booths checked those boxes. Plain backs fit the restaurant without making the section too busy, black upholstery was practical for the amount of traffic we get, and the 48-inch size worked where we needed it. Buying process was straightforward too. Website gave us enough information to narrow things down, sales confirmed the details, and handling started quickly after the order was approved. Delivery moved fast overall, and when freight timing changed slightly, support was easy to reach and gave us a useful update. After several busy services, quality has been good and customers are using the booths constantly. For me, that's a successful order.”
