One of the worst experiences that my company life the prices to high and after I finish contract they send me debt collectors for the card machine which is not working asking me for 478.80 without any informing me before my account RMS766243 it's very painful I advise everyone to look good to the contract before sign and its batter to go to many companies other are decent and high levels.

One of the worst and worst companies i deal with them after I spend more 5 years with them and contract finish they send debt company for me with debts 475 for old card machine which I resttund already . Don’t deal with them my advice am Hassan hadi they are very bad

I left RMS 18 months ago and have now had bailiffs calling to say I never returned the card machine, which I did. I had no other correspondence until now. Do not use them.

Machine didn’t work, very hard to clear up any issues, tried to charge me in all sorts of charges, then 3 years later sold the debt to a recovery agency saying I never returned the card machine unit (which I certainly did) cost me nearly £500. Steer well clear of this company. Wish I had.

“Fraud / Mis-selling company Fraud / Jerun mis sold me to a three years contract Do not trust RMS they will either mis-sell you a contract or change it during the period of the contract. when we requested our account to be closed they informed us we would have to pay up-to £1000 because we were still in the time period. Plus added charges Their phone takes ages to answer The rep mis sold , don’t sign up to RMS

International call centre Always network issues, have to repeat myself constantly time after time. If these companies worked within the United Kingdom, these issues would not happen. The staff in these call centres are extremely helpful with the companies and conglomerates behind. These are a disgrace.

Terrible we left them 4 years ago because of appalling service and received a letter today 21 dec 2022 stating inactivity on our account would result in a terminal charge of £399 + VAT, no one on the phone could sort it out and no way of emailing or complaining to them, will resort to snail mail recorded delivery

Awful company do not use. Have a faulty terminal which they can not sort over the phone so are having to send a new one out. Promised a new machine in 2-3 business days. This didn’t happen and phoned them today and was told it would be 5-8 days. Connecting to an Indian call centre who don’t listen to what they are being told. How do they expect businesses to trade with no card machine??
