“I had the pleasure to deal with Matthew Axe and from the very beginning he was very helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable. He was very patient and kind to explain the process in detail and was very reassuring of the situation, which in the end, gave me the confidence that I was taking the right decision. He also showed outstanding customer service skills by following up on time and making sure to cross all the T's and dotting the i's. He also catered for my preferred communication channel which helped me manage the anxiety that the whole financial situation put me in. “A team of very caring, understanding, and competent people. The fearless power of their leader, Steve, flows throughout the team, and these days, I can talk to almost whoever happens to answer the phone, without any concerns at all. Most know me, and those who don't just read my file to see what's happening now with me, what's happened previously, and if I need to speak to anyone particularly at all. Mostly though, I just log in to my Revive portal and see the regular outgoings and debtors' remaining balances always just constantly reducing, and all so very painless. Since I joined up with Revive, not one call have I had, hassling me for money! Such a BIG RELIEF, and totally SUPERB!”
