“Helpful and caring staff to guide one through the process. The on-line questionnaire forms are good, but frustrating in completing at the time due to the program not saving some of the input. Several attempts had to be made to complete the forms. This is an IT issue.”

“RJH Accountants did all the work which saved me a lot of stress. The results were very pleasing with all debt being rescinded by my creditors. Now that I'm aged pensioner this was a great relief. Thank You RJH Accountants.”

“From my first contact with RJH they made me feel comfortable and were not judgemental. Throughout the whole process they gave me clear directions and their documents were unambiguous and easy to follow. My case worker was amazing. She assured me of her attention to my problems and followed through. Kept me up to date step by step. In my case it took about 4 months to get through it all but that was not RJH's fault. It was in the middle of Covid and the Bank held things up. I am elderly and it was a great relief when they told me that they had negotiated successfully and all my debt was written off. I think the term Debt destroyer is very appropriate. All the staff I had dealings with were excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would? Thanks you.”

“To RJH Accountants in partnership with Lanyana I highly Recommend the services of both these firms. I was in a bind with having no money in my bank account and relying on my old age pension and having a $23,000 Westpac Mastercard debt with a $400+ per month repayment but with the help of Lanyana and RJH Accountants acted on my behalf to reduce this debt to ZERO, being a Westpac customer for over thirty odd years I'm sure helped Westpac come to the decision to write off my Master Card debt and I thank Westpac for doing that for me some people say Big Banks have no heart but this goes to show that they do understand hardships that some of their customers have and that they look after their long term customers when they fall on hard times as were experiencing right now in these world wide pandemic. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank RJH Accountants, Lanyana and Westpac for their help and getting an excellent result in my case,”

“Yes you were a big help I have another little problem now with Optus I was with them when I got scammed the people who scammed me ordered three phones in my name and tricked me into mailing them I sent a police report and a statuary decoration but they are trying to make me pay for the phones that I didn't order or sign for”
