“I had the pleasure to deal with Matthew Axe and from the very beginning he was very helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable. He was very patient and kind to explain the process in detail and was very reassuring of the situation, which in the end, gave me the confidence that I was taking the right decision. He also showed outstanding customer service skills by following up on time and making sure to cross all the T's and dotting the i's. He also catered for my preferred communication channel which helped me manage the anxiety that the whole financial situation put me in.
