“Over the past 5 years, I have felt the team so easy to deal with, all my enquiries or asks are addressed quickly and I love being able to track my progress in the app! Ruth has been so helpful over the past few months, always prompt with my support requests and so easy and friendly to deal with, the service she has provided has been consistenly amazing and her caring nature makes it comfrotable for me to ask for help when there were changes to my circumstances. I am making my last payment today and I am thrilled that Revive was able to get me to a position where I am now debt free and my credit file is in the best position I've ever been in.”

“Revive Financial has done more for me than just fix my finances (a huge deal alone), it has also changed my life and made me a more thoughtful, discilined and much happier person. As a result my anxiety has lifted and unfrozen my ability to achieve the goals I want in life. Revive takes over as the contact person with all your creditors allowing you to focus on sorting out life and work, while they deal with the admin and paperwork. When I originally contacted Revive, they were non-judgemental and just worked through all aspects of my finances transparently and patiently. It was essential I was honest and open about all aspects of my finances and that I wasn't the first to call. Revive's ability to handle all the problems you raise with them is incredible. At first, changing my life and lifestyle to one of financial carelessness to one of financial responsibility was tough, but Revive took care of all the difficult things that seemed impossible to me, and quickly I settled into a routine which quickly made my life easier and more comfortable. Then the goals started arriving - all of a sudden one loan was done and dusted, next I discovered I had fully paid off my car, and I was able to steadily increase my fortnightly repayments allowing me to hammer down my expected milestone of debt-free Financial Freedom. I've also slowly watch my credit score improve. Throughout this process I have been looked after by the most incredible consultant at Revive - Jeramie. Revive allocates you a dedicated consultant to look after you, so whenever you have questions or concerns, you work with the same person who you get to know and who understands your situation in detail. Despite how busy I know the staff at Revive are, every single time I've emailed Jeramie she has come back to me within a couple of hours (sometimes straight away) and answered my question accurately and in detail drawing on her obviously vast professional knowledge. Jeramie has made suggestions that have really helped and escalated my questions promptly to find out what's happening when a creditor has accidentally contacted me directly with a question or issue - and subsequently sorted it out. Nothing is too difficult or complex for Jeramie, and when I call her she always makes time to talk to me patiently, not making me feel rushed or unvalued as a person or customer. It has made all the difference. Best of all, Jeramaie shares my exciting goal of becoming debt free and actively encourages me to get there. Thank you Jeramie, I'm very grateful!”
