“I had the pleasure to deal with Matthew Axe and from the very beginning he was very helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable. He was very patient and kind to explain the process in detail and was very reassuring of the situation, which in the end, gave me the confidence that I was taking the right decision. He also showed outstanding customer service skills by following up on time and making sure to cross all the T's and dotting the i's.
