“I do not care for your new dragon oolong tea. The other version you had is soooo much better. PLEASE bring it back. This one does not even compare. The other one you can taste the peach and such. This new one just tastes like chemicals.”
“This is the first time I ordered the replacement for the former Dragoneye Oolong tea. It is a major disappointment. Very little tea in the bags, no aroma, little taste. The previous product was a 5 star rating.”
“Before the buyout, Revolution's Earl Grey Lavender was by far my favorite tea. After the buyout, I ordered two 50-count bags. They were both full of ordinary black tea with maybe a HINT of Bergamot. Nothing like the intense flavor that was my reason for Loving Revolution. Not a fluke; I waited a few months and ordered another 50-count bag. Very sad, it looks like the end of an era.”
“Dissatisfied with new packaging ( no longer individually boxed) but more importantly, the change in taste. Have purchased your breakfast tea for a few decades!”
“I’ve been buying this tea for many years and something is wrong with the flavors now. The teas do not taste the same. I have compared the old bags with the new and the taste has changed significantly on the English Breakfast and the Earl Grey. Very disappointing. It used to be so delicious now it leaves weird aftertaste. I’m on the search for a new brand I guess.”
