“Sadly my favorite tea in the whole wide world has changed flavor. I did not realize this until I received the package in the mail. On top of that, after asking a question about why it changed through the website, I never got a response.”

“I have been drinking revolution teas for years. In particular the white ginger peach. That particular flavor is no longer available. I ordered the flavor that mostly sounded like my white ginger peach. This new flavor doesn't match the flavor I loved. I won't be ordering it again.”

“I have been drinking Earl Grey Lavender tea for many many years. I recently ordered the Earl Grey Lavender tea and discovered that the bergamot added to the original tea overwhelmed the former good taste of the original tea. I will NOT purchase this tea anymore and DO NOT recommend this tea to anyone. The change in the mixture of teas has ruined this once great tea.”

“I have purchased your lavender black tea for years, but it seems like after you were acquired by another company the flavor of the lavender black tea has changed. It's now overly fragrant and I don't care for it anymore. So I have just switched to just your regular black tea which is disappointing to me.”

“It’s OK. It’s more refined than what I could get at the grocery store, but I miss T2. There are always a lot of loose leaves that fall out of the bags. See pic.”
