“The tea is very good, but the packaging leaves a bit too be desired. I recently bought 50 teabags and expected them to come in individually packaged. When I ordered 20 teabags they came individually packaged. The packaging for the 50 teabags came in a package with all of the teabags in one bag and the seal was only glued on one side of the bag. I would expect the quality control to be better, considering the cost. I discovered Revolution tea at IHOP and was surprised about how good it tasted. “I appreciate the variety you offer. I am allergic to so many things because they are fermented so there are many that I am unable to try (like those with black tea). I am also unable to try those with hibiscus - why is this ingredient in so many of your products? I wish you offered more products without black tea, hibiscus or rose hips.”

“I am an avid tea drinker and I keep. Large assortment of teas from three companies, Revolution being one of them. The only thing that makes me rate them with 4 instea of 5 stars it that I prefer to use tea bags that don't contain plastics, which can be harmful to your health. Revolution's bags do contain some plastic. Otherwise, they have excellent tea!”

“I’m using this as an opportunity to confirm you are no longer offering dragon eye oolong without fruit flavoring. I love the oolong at PF Chang & understood you had this tea & offered for sale previously but no longer do so. Is this true & is it permanent? Thx. Pamdavis2@comcast.net”

“I love that they have a smaller count of tea available and a larger 50 count for the ones I drink often. Ordering is easy and shipment comes in a reasonable time. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish they had more of a selection of flavors. There were some that they had in the past that I loved and they no longer carry them or something similar.”

“Love the tea, and drink it every morning. Only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because you are often sold out of the item I want, which is the British Breakfast Tea in the 50 bag pouch. So, I usually have to get it in the 20 bag boxes. This is more expensive and also is less sustainable, as each tea bag is indivudally wrapped, so produces more waste.”

“I love the fact that Revolution tea uses loose leaf teas packaged and blended into tea bags. It's the best of both worlds. To anyone who has never drank loose leaf teas - yes, there is a huge difference! I switched years ago and will never go back.”

“I have been in love with the dragon eye oolong tea for over 4 years now. I have tried the new tea you are selling in place of the original tea. I do not love the new tea and will greatly miss the original tea. I wish you would bring back the original tea”

“I do like the spanish white peach ginger tea you have. I will say the sweet ginger peach tea you used to have has a better taste than this on. I also miss the pear tea you used to have.”
