Had my choice of tv confirmed as the best at that price point by the knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly salesman, who also took the time to steer me round to a more suitable bluray player for my needs. This was despite the shop being absolutely packed with post-Christmas bargain hunters. Also, when comparing prices on t'internet, check Richer Sounds last, as they will almost certainly be cheapest, especially if you factor in a five year guarantee. There's really no need to go anywhere else.

“I had enquired about a Sony hi res music player and quoted a price of £129 and 10% more off as a vip customer unfortunately before I could purchase it a family member too critically ill and I could get the purchase completed a few weeks later I called back to continue with the sale only to be told the cost had risen to £179 and the best that could be done was 20%off which was £40 difference I thought under the circumstances that the sale price could’ve been held especially if I’m classed as a vip customer but no , I did manage to get one around the original sale price from Amazon but must say I’m really disappointed with richer sounds as I do most of my music shopping there”
