“This bike is junk, rear derailler bent the first time out, was 3 miles from home and had to walk the bike home. Biggest piece of junk I ever purchased. Fixed bike and will no longer ride this junk bike.
Would not recommend this bike to my worst enemy.

“The first couple of weeks were great and super fun, I got the scooter for work transportation(3miles all together). After a moth the battery doesn’t hold a good charge, it’s very slow at Acceleration.”
“Well, customer service has been communicative at least, so add one star for that. I was sent the wrong size bike, though. This bike was also missing several necessary parts, so even then, I couldn’t try it out. It’s been a few weeks, and while customer service is responsive to my questions, they still haven’t given me any real answers, much less taken concrete action steps to get the right bike or parts to me!”
