“Invaluable in searching”

“I think you're going to find it hard to continue charging such astronomical fees when the duopoly of Rightmove/Zoopla gets blown out of the water by Agents Mutual. You have a few months left to impress me before I choose whether to drop you, or Zoopla. The constant milking of your client base over the last few years won't be forgotten.”

“It appears that sometimes either messages to the agents don't get to them promptly (- important in busy market times), or that hey don't pick up on them / act on them promptly. This can be a disadvantage to using the website.”

“Generally good, but not enough filter options when seeking property. For example, I'm looking for a property at the low end of the market in Dorset/Hampshire, but get flooded with mobile homes and chalets, without being able to delist them.”

“Rightmove has been an essential part of my story with helping me to make an important move to a new property..Rightmove has saved me time and unnecessary journeys to physically view properties that were not suitable. There is an enormous amount of information provided on the site, helping me to decide if a property is the right one for me. Found the mapping particularly helpful, where only the areas you wish to consider are included in the viewing lists, saving much time on considering properties online.”
