“Very useful site that takes some of the pain out of house buying. Being able to search online and shortlist potential properties makes the process much more efficient. The direct contact form for estate agents means I didn't spend my time phoning round making appointments for viewings, they were mostly organised via email; perfect for the busy house buyer.”

“Great for buyers. Not so great for sellers forced to use local agents who are now just lazy and think all they need to do is take some pics, post a description , sit back and count the money. They are now clueless to what marketing now entails and their solution is to drop the price in a rising market? But as a buyer it provides everything you need to know. ????”
