“For all properties you have a button to click and send an email to the letting agents about a viewing. Not all these agents will respond to this method, some of which just send you an email asking you to ring. It would be more efficient to have known this before having waited for the response as the properties had usually been let before I could get in contact as a result. You shouldn't have that button for such companies. Perhaps have a message saying that this particularly company should be phoned instead?”

“Rightmove were brilliant when I recently searched for rented accommodation for my son, who is living in Birmingham. It gave me details of any property that came on the market almost immediately by their instant alerts and emails. Thank you for making a property hunt so easy with your easy to access website.”

“We have been looking for properties both for rent and sale for some six months now, and are likely to have to continue for the next year or so. The one good thing about this (as we would rather be finally settled) is that Rightmove provides such a good service, so one can tell more or less at a glance whether a property meets one's criteria, which in our case are a bit complicated. The experience of selling our house and moving, as originally not intended, into rented, has been in many respects stressful and even traumatic, but it has been eased by the excellent service Righmove provides, with a website that is as efficient as anything I have had to deal with. Full marks all round.”
