“As i have mentioned before, you need more filters on your property search facility, to prevent properties that are unsuitable appearing, ie the ability to state Rural, secluded, large garden, workshop, double garage, etc. etc”

“Good but zoopla gives more info on a properties selling history. However with rightmove I don't have to sign in when saving a property which is the case with zoopla and really annoying.”

“RM is very useful, especially when you are not certain what place you are heading for. Prices in the SW seem to be fairly static although a lot of people are buying holiday homes/lets which wont be good for local needs and the money going upcountry. It is useful to see who has bought cheap property, tarted it up and put it back on the market at a hugely increased price. Inspired by Sarah Beany.....”

“Floorplans on listings are a good idea, and can save time if you are looking for a particular layout / arrangement of rooms. Therefore if an agent doesnt supply one it can be frustrating.”

“The well presented adverts on line are generally informative and useful. One weakness is the quality of the pictures of properties. Most people carry mobiles with superb facilities which would enable the agent with a little care to produce a better photo story. The data is always appreciated and factual.”
