“RM is very useful, especially when you are not certain what place you are heading for. Prices in the SW seem to be fairly static although a lot of people are buying holiday homes/lets which wont be good for local needs and the money going upcountry. It is useful to see who has bought cheap property, tarted it up and put it back on the market at a hugely increased price. Inspired by Sarah Beany.....”

“We have been eying to rent or buy a house in Rye East Dussex. All the estate agents in town knew, but we were losing potential homes because they weren't very efficient. However, Rightmove were brilliant at emailing details to us...and because they did, we were able to get in, and get things moving, within hours of the the email. We are SO grateful”

“Floorplans on listings are a good idea, and can save time if you are looking for a particular layout / arrangement of rooms. Therefore if an agent doesnt supply one it can be frustrating.”

“Easy to use even for computer ignorant people like me. It would be good to encourage Streetview to look at some of the more remote roads too.”
