“Almost all properties for sale seem to be on it. But Information is not always accurate and desirable properties are often already sold by the time it is listed. Many photos are stretched and misleading. I felt I wasted quite a lot of time due to above reasons.”

“Having recently used this company for our house sale I would like to say that I was quite disappointed with their service. Initially, when we were deciding wether to put our house on the market, we were contacted constantly. Once we had the house on the market we heard very little and only had a couple of viewings within a year ! The information on the details was incorrect and misleading, the EPC man stole our camera and drew the house plans up wrong, the photos taken were of a poor quality, blurred and dull. It was only after we lowered the price and complained about the lack of service and support that we got a little more help. We sold our property for £35,000 below asking price, to enable us to move forward with our lives. The company seemed more supportive of our buyers than ourselves, contacting us to hurry things along and trying to get us to complete on the sale on a date unsuitable to us. I'm not sure I would recommend this company to sell a property to anyone.”

“Could do better from purchaser side by providing much more honest property and location information. Buyers look for the minuses as well as the pluses . They know they are there and they need to make well informed decisions.”

“My experience is that no one seems to listen to what me and my husband want, we just want our family happy which includes our pets, and one that isnt expensive, oh and a landlord that carries out the work on the property”

“The site is easy to use but you cannot access enough information about a property you maybe interested in e.g. The sale history e.g how long has the property been on the market and what price reductions have been made. If that was available it would be so informative .”

“It's great to look at so many listings but NO - ONE not a single estate agent (!) I've ever written to via the Rigg move website has ever contacted me back to arrange a viewing. It seems Estate Agents eitger don't pick up emails or they can't be bothered to answer them....”

“THE INTERNET IS STILL A CHALLENGE FOR SOME PEOPLE AND i LOOK FOR EASE OF COMMUNICATION WHICH IS THE POLAR OPPOSITE OF THE SITES. tHEY SAY ITS EASY, BUT ITS NOT, NO IMMEDIATE TELEPHONE SUPPORT, NOT EVEN A TELEPHONE NUMBER. THE 'HELP' IS A BUNCH OF QUESTION AND ANSWERS THAT DO NOT REFLECT YOUR PROBLEM. i WANT TO KNOW A SITE REALLY WELL AND THEN i MAY ENJOY IT ENOUGH TO USE IT OFTEN”
