“Whilst these trees are advertised as indoor or outdoor due to the UV resistance this is a misnomer. Two and a half years after purchasing a silver birch the stalk has rotted and disintegrated. This makes this purchase a very expensive outlay for something that will last so short a time. The tree was placed in a protected area away from strong winds and has collapsed. I have been offered no compensation as the warranty is 1 year. Take head.”
