“Messed up the delivery and sent my item to the opposite end of the country and then tried to make me wait for my item to be sent back to them.”

Hi Markus, Thank you for your review. We only asked if you were able to wait as we didn't have any 8kg briquettes left that you had originally ordered. As the recipient of those failed to send them back to us we have sent you the equivalent weight in 4kg. Sorry if you feel we didn't rectify this in the best way. Sara

“Had a great day yesterday, learnt a lot from Poppy Got to speak to Traeger ambassadors, and felt part of something great. The staff were amazing and the discounts were huge!!! Defo booking a Traeger course after this, never really bothered about it in the past because I didn't really know what to expect but got to take a 2 min sneaky peak of another course going on that day and realised I would get value for money if I booked a course.”

I can see from your tracking information that Parcelforce attempted delivery on 12 May.
