“I was looking for a cover for my webber bbq I didn’t know which size due to it’s age. I spoke to a lovely lady at Riverside who within minutes advised me of the model and the fact that the cover was on offer in the sale. I completed my order on line and the cover was delivered by Royal Mail excellent service. 👍”

Hi Markus, Thank you for your review. We only asked if you were able to wait as we didn't have any 8kg briquettes left that you had originally ordered. As the recipient of those failed to send them back to us we have sent you the equivalent weight in 4kg. Sorry if you feel we didn't rectify this in the best way. Sara
