“Ordered a Weber Genesis II with a few accessories after coming across Riverside on YouTube. Website was really easy to use and everything was perfect with the order and was delivered promptly on the day of my choice. Really pleased with the new grill and would definitely recommend Riverside!”

“Good price for the BBQ compared to other places. Delivery was slightly delayed but only by a day and the communication from Riverside was excellent. BBQ arrived and seemed straightforward to assemble! Not had chance to try it out yet but happy so far and would definitely use Riverside again.”

“The Riverside website is ok, but personally I find it a bit "busy". Most of the pages have a lot of information and it is difficult to know where to go to for specific services. The one I use most frequently is the prescriptions. this is a case in point. Instead of going directly to your online repeat prescription service, you first have to decide which of the 7 options on the Prescriptions Index page is relevant. It is not clear whether you should use NHS App, livi, SystmOnline or electronic subscriptions service. etc. to do your repeat. Presenting so many options makes it less helpful. You just have to know this. Now that I know what I need to use its fine. In general i think you have tried to put too much information on each page and the overall result is a bit overwhelming.”

“I normally go here to buy charcoal. The BBQ part of the shop is very well stocked with a great selection of bbqs, accessories and seasonings. Unfortunately the website has a very strange transaction process if you want to click and collect. First you have to select delivery, then enter a discount code. Then change the delivery mode to collection. I ordered my products for collection and went to pick it up straight away as I needed it then only to be told it had left on the couriers delivery van. I had no choice but to buy another bag.”

“Really impressed with this company and their customer service. Ordered online on Tuesday and got a call the same day to arrange delivery of our new garden furniture on Saturday. Our furniture was delivered early Saturday morning. Delighted with our new furniture. Very high quality and good value for money. Would definitely recommend Riverside and would use them again based on this experience.”
