“The delivery from riverside was quick and efficient”

“Riverside provided a quality experience all-round. Their price was the cheapest I could find for a stocked item and the delivery was handled really well. My BBQ was sent with one of their drivers rather than being thrown on to a DPD or similar van whose driver doesn’t care whether the BBQ gets a knock or two. Really great service and chuffed with the item. Thanks very much. I’ll be back on when I’ve saved up for the accessories!!!”

“Good website and good prices. Very quick to deliver my order. There was unfortunately a problem with the item ordered which looked like a manufacturing issue so not Riverside's problem but they very quickly sorted it oit by sending a replacement. Much appreciated!”

“After lots of research I decided to treat the family to a gas bbq. I knew little about them and mainly wanted advice on which was the easiest to clean. I spent ages on the phone and the very helpful lady I spoke to talked through all the options. She really went the extra mile and even told me how to clean the bbq which was great. Fabulous service.”

“Initially didn't receive the order comfirmation email, so phoned customer service the next morning who was very helpful and advised my order was already shipped and resent the emails. Very helpful and friendly service, wouldn't hesitate to use riverside again. Fantastic!!”

“This is the second Weber I’ve ordered from Riverside and another fantastic service received. I have ordered the product for a birthday present, expecting it to take weeks to arrive especially because of Covid, but it arrived within just a few days. Great communication with delivery. Really looking forward to using the Smoker in April!”
