“Impressive Company with whom to deal. Had a couple of questions beforehand and email response fast from Ellie and subsequent telephone call handled extremely well. Order did arrive 2 days early‼️ But in the event not a problem. Weber charcoal bbq very well constructed, read instructions carefully before starting to assemble and layout and check the components against list. The Assembly Instructions clear BUT the parts whilst number referenced there is no component list for reference. The actual User Instructions could be much better on usage with guide to expected temperatures in what are referred to as ‘zones’ Delighted with my purchase and the support from Riverside”
