“Our new BBQ arrived when scheduled. Unfortunately one of the pieces was bowed. We sent photos to Riverside who immediately arranged for a replacement part to be sent to us by Weber which arrived quickly and without fuss. You can tell a lot about a company from the way it handles problems. All good.”
