“We struggled to find the griddle pan and chicken cooker for our Weber barbecue anywhere local. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and they were with me Monday morning. Exceptional service. Will always check them out first in future.”

“Lousy information flow during ongoing 4 month product delay. When asked when the product would arrive (eventually promised June) the managing director, off his own back cancelled the order without any reason or explanation (apparently my request for delivery information didn’t contain enough niceties).”
