“Bought 2... more expensive than I'd have liked but wanted the indulgence look. Came really fast & I wasn't disappointed, in fact ended up buying another 3 to cover another fence panel. Again really fast delivery. Small courtyard garden aka my mini rainforest ...looks absolutely amazing. Thank you”

“Excellent experience. After being let down by another supplier, I turned to Ricerside. Within a few minutes of submitting my order online, I received a phone call confirming delivery for the following day. I’m very happy with the product which arrived on time with no problems.”

“Very happy with Riverside, I've purchased Weber replacement parts and bits and pieces, and a parasol over the last couple of years - all purchases have arrived (in Scotland) promptly and in good condition. Happy to shop here again.”

“Would have given five stars but I felt the delivery driver was rude, we had spent a lot of money with Riverside I expect better Actually I expect better regardless of what we’ve spent. I did phone and complain and the lady was very pleasant and apologised and said she would tell her manager we heard no more. We asked the driver if he could wheel it round the back and was told (very rudely) front door delivery only, it was his attitude.”

“Very pleased with our Alexander Rose circular garden table purchase from Riverside. The item was OOS everywhere, but Riverside have a 'notify me when back in stock' facility on their website that I ticked. Well the item came back into stock faster than predicted, I ordered the same day and it was delivered only a couple of days later. I suspect many may not receive stock till late June / July so this was all great as is the product.”

“We are delighted with our product. However, we were extremely disappointed that the delivery was (initially) to the front door only. The driver used a trolley to take the very heavy goods from the lorry to our home -- how we were supposed to get them to the garden (30ft down a side path) without it was not made clear. In the event, I asked if I could use the trolley myself (given there was no other way of moving the boxes from the front door) and instead, the driver wheeled the boxes to the garden himself. To those who make these seemingly arbitrary and not-thought-out regulations: re-think this policy! If you are going to deliver very heavy goods, OUTDOORS, even during Covid, deliver them to the garden -- most ordinary people do not have access to trolleys, neither can they carry or move such heavy goods.”

“Found the Weber Bbq I was looking for at the right price on the website. Ordered on a Thursday before a bank holiday weekend, I wasn’t expecting it to arrive for the weekend but it was promptly delivered on the Saturday.”

“Hi just would like to say how happy I am with my purchase of the weber Q bbq. From the moment I searched for the model I wanted and riverside came up as the best value by some way and the delivery was so easy, this was my choice. The stock on the website is amazing considering what businesses have been throughout the last year so you have your purchasing and suppliers absolutely spot on. I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait for the spring and summer to arrive so I can try it out. Cmon on weather let's have a summer like last year!”
