“The garden chairs arrived in good time and before the date on the schedule. They look very strong - we had already been using Alexander Rose chairs which is why we chose these, as we knew them to be rust free for outsaide use. Our only criticism was that it was not made clear , until we saw the outside packaging , that they were made in China - we have been trying to avoid Chinese made articles.”

“Wrong photo on website customer service was so poor. Despite the wrong photo was fobbed off and had to pay the postage despite Riversides error. Ellie had a terrible attitude and I will never use them again”

“Great service and product. I ordered a 737g tub of "Bad Byrons Butt Rub" and received it within a couple of days. The rub was put to good use on a pork shoulder cooked low and slow for 8 hours and tasted Great. Many thanks”
