“I purchased 2 patio heaters but when I unpacked them both were damaged and the base weights marked also. In notifying Riverside immediately of the damage, I was told they would contact their supplier and after 2 weeks, I still have not heard anything back!”

“I placed my order on line it was so easy , the next day I rang the garden centre to ask a quick question and they were so helpful, my new barbecue and cover came within 48 hours packed very well and delivered with no problems at all , brilliant service thank you 😊 x”

“Ordered a faux olive tree for new house. I was not sure how realistic it would be from online photos but I was extremely pleased with the natural look and quality!!! Very bushy and has many faux olive fruit too which look incredibly real. Delivery was very prompt and well packaged. Cannot fault this company and will definitely use again. Well done Riverside!”
