“I'm a loyal customer and buy a lot from this store, but I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service. I purchased a pair of pants during an end-of-season sale, wore them twice, and the zipper completely fell off the second time--making them unwearable.
When I brought them to the store, they suggested I take them to a tailor in the mall, which cost me $20 to fix. I also reached out to customer service online, but they refused to offer any solution. Even a small gesture, like a gift card to cover the repair, would have been appreciated.
The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address this issue is frustrating. Until they improve their service, I won't be shopping here again and wouldn't recommend it to others. I'm happy to update this review if they make things right.”

I didn't even want my money returned I wanted to exchange it. Ridicules' for the cost the customer service sucks !! The WORST will never order again!!”
