“Great flight planning tool for Europe. Still some way to go to make it fully effective in Middle East and Asia. Look forward to the day when it is fully effective in all regions.”

“Rocket route is simply the best method of flight plan filing, particularly if you are filing sequential legs through more than one country. Telephone support is friendly and reliable and the facility to close your flight plan by telephone to Rocket Route is a great advantage if you fly into fields with no ATC. Redraw time on the route planning map can be slow, even with a fast internet connection and it would be good to see this improved.”

“Easy to use it but for private I would like to have auto route or similar system because I think 300 dollar for just this help it's a little bit to much for a private user Thank you”

“If I want to change a proposed routing, I would like to know the reason when the new route is not excepted. The existing explanation is not satisfying. Zooming in the chart is very tricky. To sensible!”

“Good and fast operation. Good document set. Slow refresh rate. Some waypoints are shown in map but referred to as non existing. Non-autoroute operation slow and annoying.”

“I like to have the complete Briefing package. The quality of the routing tool has room for improvement autorouter regularly finds routes werde RR dosn't. Weather is just enough to be legal. Enroute Notams are missing.”

“Easy to use,, helpfull informations and specially the auto route service when flying IFR. Previously i find i difficult to create and IFR plan and to get it approved. But now it is very easy. Best regards EVAN Grønhøj”

“It is quite expensive. autorouter.eu is free of charge. Please reduce your prices or provide discounts for longterm customers otherwise I have to rethink the next renewal.”

“I have been a RR customer since the early days, at least 4 years. In general I am very positive about the service and recommend you frequently to friends etc. However, I ask that you keep investing in the team that provides routing solutions for tricky routes when I cannot get an answer from the automated system and my own efforts. This is a critically important system for me, but sometimes it can take hours to get help.”
